"Our Dell Inspiron’s hard drive crashed when the temperature outside was in the “single digits” with 2 inches of snow. I got on Angie’s list with my cell phone and Jon at KC Super Tech called me minutes later. Despite the NASTY weather he picked up our computer the same day February 10th and returned it February 12, 2021 with a faster hard drive installed - he had transferred all the information from the old hard drive - installed an 8GB RAM upgrade, and made other improvements. Jon hooked it up and didn’t leave our house until he proudly demonstrated how much faster it was operating. He wore a mask the entire time due to COVID-19 and his prices we’re very reasonable. And, he called me the next day to make sure it was operating OK. Don’t hesitate to call him"
